Spray Pond System we bring forth is made using lightweight and strong material. These systems have an excellent construction.

Bell shaped flanged outlets on the Main Header supports UPVC Branch Pipes by Flange, Nuts & Bolts and UVS PVC Flanged Tail pieces. It reduces the entrance losses as well.

UPVC Branch Pipes are supported by Clamps, which are grouted on the concrete pillars by SS grouting rods. "Five Way Header" with PVC extension pipe is connected to the Branch Pipe by ABS male threaded coupler and female threaded half Tee. Similarly all the Clusters are fitted.

All PVC Pipes and fittings are of Rigid PVC Class III (6kgf/cm2) as per IS: 4985/2000.

Spray Nozzles should spray water from a height of 2.5 – 3.0 m from the water level working.

Prompt Spray Engineers supplies highly efficient spray ponds which can achieve cooling even at zero wind velocities. The Spray Nozzle is designed to generate optimal droplet size for high heat transfer and low mist losses.

Nozzle material is suitable for higher temperatures and the cluster arrangement is rugged and long lasting. Spray Pond clusters are arranged in compact manner reducing the area requirement without compromising the efficiency of the Spray Pond.

Spray Pond System is a reservoir in which warm water (e.g. from a SUGAR plant) is cooled for reuse. This is done by spraying the warm water into the cooler air through specially designed nozzles. Some amount of water is evaporated in the air thereby cooling the water down before it reaches the pond surface.

Prompt Spray Engineers supplied Spray Pond is made using lightweight but strong material. Spray Pond Nozzle is specially designed to enhance heat transfer with minimal mist loss. The nozzles are arranged in a cluster form and clusters are arranged in a compact and efficient manner. Hydrodynamic design of the nozzle ensures optimal droplet size formation at low pressure requirement. This results in high heat transfer and low mist losses.

Conical shaped inlets to the PVC Branch Pipes from the Main Header is supported by Flange and UVS PVC Flanged Tail pieces. It reduces the entrance losses as well.

PVC Branch Pipes are supported by Clamps, which are grouted on the concrete pillars by SS grouting rods. After the last Cluster, End Cap is used to close the PVC Branch Pipe.
